We want every homeowner who reaches Selectbreast Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They are responsible for their estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record, much like keeping a receipt.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Selectbreast Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@selectbreast.living and include:
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
